Paris Architect’s 70s Luxe Apartment

“Home to architect Jean Malo Le-Clerc of JMLC studio, this 1970’s inspired apartment located a stone’s throw from the Moulin Rouge pays homage to the original apartment, integrating materials and colours reminiscent of the 70’s. With a focus on creating an effortless and contemporary living environment, Le Clerc designed an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area, along with a spacious and luxurious hotel-like bedroom and bathroom. The apartment also features a new laundry space concealed within a full height mirrored closet and a retractable work from home station hidden behind two steel doors mounted onto a round tiled wall in the dining room. A bedroom carpeted in sunset orange and a bathroom covered in baby blue tiles adds a touch of retro playfulness to the sleek contemporary aesthetics of the rest of the home. “
